Yoga
Yoga.
We offer daily yoga classes (Monday to Saturday) at our Buddha Sanctuary in Broome. Our classes are taught by highly experienced yoga instructors who are warm, welcoming and all sorts of wonderful! We teach in an open and inclusive way, with a strong focus on body awareness and correct alignment, and honour you no matter where you’re at with your practise.
Classes are valued at $20 per class for a casual drop-in, or $170 for a 10-class pass.
Our offerings include
Chair Yoga
Accessible yoga, with stretching and strengthening poses in a seated position.
Suitable for yogis who find it challenging to practise on the mat.
Hatha Yoga
A traditional style, focusing on asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing).
Iyengar Yoga
A strong practice, focusing on alignment and precision in postures. Props are included for support, to ensure the best experience of each pose no matter age or ability.
Meditation & Yoga
A meditative class using subtle movement to encourage stillness within the mind.
Slow Flow Yoga
A Vinyasa-based class focusing on slow, deliberate movement and the breath.
Vinyasa Yoga
Clears the mind. A dynamic flow of synchronising movement with the breath and building heat.
Yang-to-Yin Yoga
Vinyasa style, a practice that begins strong and transitions to a softer, more restorative close.
Yin Yoga
Deeply relaxing. A series of long-held poses, encouraging the release of soft tissue within the body.

Support.
We have mats, bolsters, and all the props and equipment you’ll need, if you don’t have your own.
Safety.
If you let us know of any health or physical concerns we’ll work with you to listen to your body so you can flow through your practise with ease.
Comfort.
With recent renovations to our yoga pavilion, we can now offer yoga inside no matter the weather outside.
A peaceful vibe.
Overlooking our tranquil, meditation garden, you’ll practise in one of the most beautiful spaces in Broome. A place to be still, be aware and let go!
