Please return.

Mar 11, 2026

There is much unrest in the world right now - tension, fighting, death, destruction. For those of us who are more sensitive to energy, this will feel heavy. You may be feeling deeply anxious, uncertain, and fearful. You’re likely carrying the weight of this heaviness as you move through your day with smiles, scheduled routines, and a seemingly steady momentum. You may be skimming the surface in the name of ‘everything being okay,’ when deep down you know it is not. I feel you.

It’s no easy task to find order on the inside when the outside is chaotically out of your hands. The mind struggles to make sense of a nonsensical world it can’t control. It can’t agree with the reasons - or lack thereof - behind actions that lead to such devastation, heartache, and darkness. And in the silent moments, you may sit here, feeling the suffocating pressure of a world too heavy for you. I understand. But our strength in times like these comes from sitting with the darkness without staying there.

But how, you might ask? Return. Allow the light to return so that you, too, may become one with it - for yourself and for others.

Return to today. The here, the now. Return to a slow, conscious breath, feeling the life‑charged air filling your lungs and body with pure, living energy. Return to the laughter of children, the small offerings of birds at sunrise, or the peaceful sound of your home as it settles into rest. Return to blossoming flowers, rich in colour and clever design, or to the bees as they dance on their petals. Return to the warmth of a hug from a loved one, or the soft smiles exchanged by strangers as they pass by. Return to appreciation. Return to love. Return to light.

And when you do, you will notice that the world, in all its chaos, is still the same on the outside - but on the inside, where the lantern of divine love and grace burns eternally, is where you’ll want to be, and where you’ll want to return.

May you return often.

Peace be with you.
Chiu Chi.
